What is a turbine agitator used for?
Turbine agitators are used for mixing liquids in vessels or tanks. They consist of a turbine instead of a propeller that rotates at high speed within the liquid, generating currents and turbulence thanks to jets that promote homogeneous mixing of the components.
These tank agitators are used in agriculture for the dissolution of solid fertilisers as well as in a wide range of industrial applications, water treatment, the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry, among others.
Model to choose from depending on the tank capacity
ITC’s range of turbine agitators offer flexibility to perfectly adapt to any tank size. All our agitators are available with a 12V DC motor for use in areas with no mains electricity or single plates.
