Types of electric dosing pumps
ITC has 7 models of electric dosing pumps, two of them with advanced control (Dostec AC and DOSmart AC). ITC’s range of electric pumps includes diaphragm or piston models, with positive return mechanism or stepper motor, among other features, but all of them offer the best regulation on the market for efficient and precise dosing of chemical products.
All ITC electric dosing pumps are manufactured with highly resistant materials that are compatible with the vast majority of liquid chemical products for processes that require dosing or supply to a hydraulic network, such as: agriculture, water treatment, chemical, food, textile, etc. Resistant and robust, they facilitate the dosing of any chemical product required in the process.
Which pump to choose?
The choice of pump depends on the user’s needs (see the product data sheets for more details). For example, the Tekdos FP and EFR pumps are best suited for continuous operation in demanding conditions, with all types of fluids, high pressures, extreme temperatures or classified atmospheres, while pumps such as the Dostec AC and DOSmart AC have remote control, alarm programming and multiple dosing modes.
However, if you are unsure about which electric dosing pump to choose, please contact us for further information and advice.
Flow rates and pressures
Depending on the model chosen, the flow rates of ITC’s electric dosing pumps can range from 1.5 l/h (0.40 GPH), such as the DOSmart AC model, to the 3200 l/h provided by the EFR pump, working at pressures of up to 370 bar (232 PSI), as in the case of the Tekdos FP.
- Tekdos FP: flow rate 0.7-940 l/h and maximum pressure 370 bar.
- EFR: flow rate 207-3200 l/h and maximum pressure 12 bar.
- Multifertic: flow rate 25-300 l/h and maximum pressure 15 bar.
- Dostec 50: Flow rate 100-1200 l/h and max. pressure 12 bar.
- Dostec 40: flow rate 2.5-500 l/h and maximum pressure 20 bar.
- Dostec AC: flow rate 3-1200 l/h and maximum pressure 20 bar.
- DOSmart AC: flow rate 1.5-60 l/h (0.40-15.80 GPH) and maximum pressure 16 bar (232 PSI).
