Strengthening our bond

At ITC, we believe that a strong team is the key to business success. That’s why we organize a corporate team-building outing every year. This experience not only provides us with the opportunity to learn together but also to enjoy a day filled with fun and teamwork.

In 2023, we visited the beautiful vineyards of Masia Can Roda, in the Alella Designation of Origin (D.O.), located in the town of Santa Maria de Martorelles. Here, we began a training activity to enhance teamwork, leadership skills, and trust among each other. We then participated in a workshop on time management, where we acquired valuable tools to optimize our workdays, improving our efficiency and productivity.

After the training, we toured the facilities of Can Roda, where we learned about the wine-making process, the history of the region, and its wine culture, concluding the visit with a wine and vermouth tasting.

Finally, the most delicious competition of the day, the Paella Contest, where we put our culinary skills to the test in teams. Teams worked together to create the most delicious paellas, which we then tasted to select the winner.

It was an enriching day that fostered our collaboration and provided us with the opportunity to connect more deeply outside the workplace. This gathering strengthened our bond as a team and created solid and lasting relationships.
