ITC Dosing Pumps strengthens ties with agents in USA, South Africa and Australia

In order to provide a quality service to each of its customers, it is important to have the right synergy with both internal members and distributors. For this reason, during the last week of April, ITC welcomed its international representatives, Morrill (USA) and Triangle Water Equipment (Australia), to the ITC premises to share knowledge and build better links. Agriplas (South Africa) was also present remotely.

Throughout the week, members of the different companies were able to learn about different perspectives of the industry and use their experiences to identify the different challenges they face on a daily basis. During each day, different training sessions were held to help participants learn more about key topics related to agriculture and fertigation.

In addition to the informative sessions, in order to better understand the needs of its customers and provide a more personalised service, ITC, together with Morrill Industries and Triangle Waterequip, visited various agricultural facilities in Lleida and Huesca, where they experienced the daily situations on farms.

For ITC, this union between its different representatives is undoubtedly a great step forward in the development of the company and its dosing pumps, which are increasingly present in technological development at an international level.
