Since its beginnings, ITC has always looked to the future when embarking on its path. It understands the vision of the future as a necessary characteristic for the success of the company, both in the present and in the years to come. For this reason, ITC sees great value in new students and talents, as in the future they will be the prestigious minds that bring change and innovation to the sector.

ITC has been developing projects and collaborations with UPC students for years. The Polytechnic University of Catalonia is a leading public institution in teaching in fields such as engineering, architecture, science and technology.

ITC sees collaboration with new students as a mutually beneficial relationship. These collaborative projects give young engineers the chance to develop a project of great importance alongside a benchmark company in the sector, with more than 30 years of experience.

ITC has collaborated on many projects. Every year, new students come to ITC to develop their ideas and continue learning through the experience of the brand. One example of such work is the gas purge head for dosing pumps developed by Mounir Ghailan Tribak, from the UPC.

To this day, ITC continues to support promising future engineers in the development of their first projects. This summer, the collaboration was with Isabel Heaton, a student at UCDavis University in California, and Lluc Aresté, from the UPC.
